pg33 Terms & Conditions – Platform Rules, Rights & Obligations

01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the pg33 platform at pg33.im — whether by browsing the website, creating an account, logging in, depositing funds, placing a bet, or launching a casino game — you confirm that you have read and unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions. These Terms apply to all users of the pg33 platform, including registered players, guests browsing the site, and any individual using the pg33 mobile experience.

pg33 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice beyond publishing the updated version on this page. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects when the most recent changes were made. Continued use of the platform following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to remain informed of any changes.

These Terms should be read alongside pg33's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and pg33. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms & Conditions shall take precedence unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific policy document.

02 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To register and use a pg33 account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. pg33 does not permit any person under 18 to register, deposit, wager, or use any service on the platform.
• You must be using the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf, and not on behalf of any third party or entity.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, affiliate, or partner of pg33, nor an immediate family member of such a person, in relation to betting or casino play.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list that would prohibit you from accessing online gambling platforms.
• You accept that you are solely responsible for determining whether accessing pg33 is legal under the laws and regulations applicable to you in your local jurisdiction. pg33 operates as an offshore platform and makes no representation that its services are lawful in any specific territory.

pg33 conducts age verification checks during the registration process and reserves the right to request supporting identity documentation — including but not limited to a national identity card, passport, or birth certificate — at any stage of the account lifecycle. Where pg33 has reasonable grounds to suspect that a registered account belongs to a person under 18, the account will be suspended immediately pending verification. If underage use is confirmed, the account will be permanently closed and all funds will be returned to the originating payment method. No winnings generated during the period of underage use will be paid out under any circumstances.

03 Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of pg33 services — including placing bets, playing casino games, and processing deposits or withdrawals — you must register a player account. Registration requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information. pg33 will rely on the information you provide to verify your identity, process your transactions, and communicate with you about your account.

The following rules apply to all pg33 accounts:

• One account per player: Each individual may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts. Any balances in duplicate accounts will be forfeited.
• Accurate information: All registration information, including your name, date of birth, address, and contact details, must be truthful and up to date. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate account closure.
• Account credentials: You are responsible for keeping your username and password confidential. pg33 will never ask for your password through any communication channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify pg33 immediately via [email protected].
• Non-transferability: Your pg33 account is personal to you. You may not transfer, sell, assign, or share access to your account with any other person. Account sharing is a breach of these Terms.
• KYC verification: pg33 may require you to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any stage. This may involve submitting identity documents, proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification when requested may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is satisfactorily completed.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

pg33 supports deposits and withdrawals exclusively via payment methods that have been approved for use on the platform. Approved payment methods for players in Bangladesh currently include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, City Bank transfer, BRAC Bank transfer, and Islami Bank transfer. All account balances are held in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction in the pg33 cashier interface.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• pg33 does not charge fees for standard deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. Your mobile banking provider may apply their own charges, for which pg33 accepts no liability.
• Deposits credited in error must be reported to the pg33 support team immediately. Wagering funds from an erroneous credit does not constitute entitlement to those funds.
• pg33 reserves the right to reject or reverse any deposit that it reasonably believes to be connected with fraudulent, criminal, or prohibited activity.

Withdrawal Rules

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the registered account holder. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Before processing a withdrawal, pg33 may require completion of KYC documentation. Accounts that have not completed identity verification may have withdrawal requests placed on hold pending document review.
• Any active bonus funds are subject to the applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before wagering requirements are met will result in the bonus being removed from the account balance.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the cashier. pg33 processes standard withdrawal requests within 1 business day, subject to verification status.
• pg33 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on any withdrawal request of significant value, which may temporarily extend processing times. Players will be informed if additional documentation is required.

05 Betting & Casino Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and casino activity conducted on the pg33 platform. Product-specific rules — covering cricket betting, sports events, politics betting, slots, and live casino — are published separately within each relevant product section and form part of these Terms by reference.

• Bet acceptance: pg33 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at any time at its sole discretion, including bets placed in excess of stated maximum limits or bets placed on markets that have been suspended or closed.
• Bet confirmation: A bet is only confirmed once a valid bet reference number is issued by the pg33 system. Bets that have not received a confirmed reference are not valid wagers and will not be settled.
• Odds and pricing: All odds displayed on pg33 are subject to change up until the point of bet confirmation. The odds locked in at the moment of confirmation are the odds that apply to the settlement of that bet.
• Void bets: pg33 may void any bet where there is evidence of a technical error, pricing error, or data feed failure that resulted in manifestly incorrect odds being displayed. Where a bet is voided, the original stake will be returned to the player's account balance.
• Match and event integrity: Any bet placed on an event that pg33 has reasonable grounds to believe has been subject to match-fixing, manipulation, or corruption may be suspended, investigated, and voided. pg33 cooperates with relevant sporting integrity bodies in such investigations.
• Live casino rules: All live casino games are governed by the rules of the respective game studio (Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play Live). In the event of a game or connection interruption, game round results will be determined in accordance with the game studio's published rules and the data captured by the studio's server logs.
• Slots and RNG games: All slot and RNG game outcomes are determined solely by the certified RNG software of the respective game provider. pg33 does not interfere with any game result. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-term figures provided by the game studio.

Players who believe a game outcome, bet settlement, or account transaction has been processed incorrectly should contact the pg33 support team at [email protected] within 30 days of the disputed event. pg33 will investigate and respond to valid disputes within a reasonable timeframe.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

pg33 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players, including welcome bonuses for new accounts, reload bonuses, live casino cashback, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to cricket tournaments, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day, and other events relevant to the Bangladeshi market. All bonuses are governed by these general terms plus any specific terms communicated at the time the offer is presented.

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to players who meet the specific eligibility criteria of each promotion. Where an offer is restricted to new players, existing account holders are not eligible regardless of account status.
• Wagering requirements: Most bonuses are subject to wagering requirements — a minimum number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be processed. The applicable wagering requirement is stated clearly in each promotion's specific terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements before requesting withdrawal will result in bonus funds being removed.
• Contribution rates: Different game types contribute at different rates towards wagering requirements. Cricket and sports bets, slot games, and live casino games may contribute at varying percentages. Specific contribution rates are published in the terms of each individual promotion.
• Bonus abuse: pg33 employs monitoring systems to detect patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine play, creation of multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, and collusion between accounts. Where bonus abuse is detected, pg33 reserves the right to void the bonus, remove associated winnings, and suspend or close the account.
• Expiry: Bonuses that are not claimed or wagering requirements that are not met within the stated validity period will expire automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• Modification and withdrawal: pg33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a player has already claimed it, any wagering requirements already partially completed will be assessed fairly on a case-by-case basis.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the pg33 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Registering more than one account, or assisting any other person to register a duplicate account, for the purpose of circumventing platform rules or claiming duplicate bonuses.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any communication with pg33.
• Using stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulently obtained payment methods to deposit funds into a pg33 account.
• Attempting to launder money or proceeds of crime through deposits, wagers, or withdrawals on the pg33 platform. pg33 takes its anti-money laundering obligations seriously and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
• Using any software, bot, script, automated system, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with the pg33 platform in a way that provides an unfair advantage over other players or circumvents normal platform operation.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in any pg33 game, feature, or system. Any winnings generated as a result of a known or exploited software error will be void.
• Collusion with other players, including coordinated betting strategies designed to manipulate game outcomes or extract value from the platform unfairly.
• Attempting to access the platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is explicitly prohibited, using VPN services, proxy servers, or other technical means to circumvent geographic or account restrictions imposed by pg33.
• Engaging in any abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing behaviour towards pg33 staff, customer support agents, or other platform users through any communication channel.
• Reproducing, republishing, distributing, or commercially exploiting any content from the pg33 platform — including odds data, game content, promotional materials, or platform software — without prior written authorisation from pg33.

pg33 uses a combination of automated monitoring systems and manual review processes to detect prohibited conduct. Players under investigation for prohibited conduct may have their accounts temporarily restricted pending the outcome of the investigation. pg33's decisions in relation to prohibited conduct are final.

08 Account Suspension & Closure

pg33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Circumstances under which account action may be taken include — but are not limited to — the following:

• Confirmed or suspected breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the timeframe requested by pg33.
• Detection of fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity associated with the account.
• Confirmed underage access or use of the platform.
• A valid self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder.
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance requirements that necessitate account action.
• Extended periods of account inactivity, subject to any dormant account policy in effect at the time.

Where an account is suspended for investigation, pg33 will endeavour to inform the account holder and provide an indication of the expected review timeline. During an active investigation, access to account funds may be temporarily restricted. Where an account is closed following confirmed misconduct, any associated bonus balances will be forfeited. Real-money balances that are not the subject of an active dispute or investigation will be returned to the player's verified payment method following account closure, net of any amounts legitimately owed to pg33.

Voluntary Account Closure

Players who wish to close their pg33 account voluntarily — whether for personal reasons or as a responsible gaming measure — may do so by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Where a voluntary closure is requested as a responsible gaming self-exclusion, the closure is processed immediately and irreversibly for the requested duration (minimum 6 months). Players who close accounts for responsible gaming reasons are strongly encouraged to self-exclude from all online gambling platforms, not just pg33.

Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if it has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. pg33 may apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with a dormant account policy, details of which will be communicated to the account holder via their registered email address prior to any fee being applied. Players wishing to reactivate a dormant account should contact [email protected].

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, pg33's liability to any player is limited to the verified real-money balance held in that player's account at the time a claim arises. pg33 shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive losses, including but not limited to loss of expected winnings, loss of business, or emotional distress. pg33 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform and accepts no liability for losses arising from planned or unplanned maintenance, technical failures, or third-party service disruptions beyond its reasonable control.
